Cancellation request – acceptable official cancellation request is explained as it is a written request by the customer with in detail the reason for the cancellation.
- A cancellation request received to Dilra Tours from Customer 30 days before the customer’s arrival date it is 100% refundable.
- A cancellation request received to Dilra Tours from Customer 29 to 20 days before the customer’s arrival date it is 80% refundable.
- A cancellation request received to Dilra Tours from Customer 19 to 11 days before the customer’s arrival date it is 50% refundable.
- A cancellation request received to Dilra Tours from the customer 10 to 01-day customer's arrival date is 0% refundable.
- Last-minute cancellations & now shows are 0% refundable.
- Dilra Tours will change 10% amount from total invoice for bank & service charges from all the refunds when booking cancellations.
- Cancellation requests for flight tickets are subject to the cancellation policy and refund policy offered by the flight ticketing issuer’s conditions.
- Cancellation procedures can be changed according to the hotels and their terms but Dilra Tours will negotiate with hotels for the best possible refund arrangement for the customer side.
